Styling at DANCE SPECTRUM:
Body rolls, arm styling, foot placement,
head whips! Is this what is missing in
your dancing? Learn how
to incorporate sexy styling and personality
in your dancing from Michelle Castro,
Co-Director of PB&G Productions and the SF/Int'l
Salsa Congress.
Ladies Styling Classes with Michelle are back!
Starting Monday, Jan 7th, Michelle will be teaching
every Monday 2 salsa group classes at Dance
Spectrum:
7:45-8:30pm Body
Movement: Isolations & Body Rolls
Isolations from head to toe with an all
over body stretch. Learn how to control your
body to create and develop fluidity in your
dancing. Each isolation is broken down for you.
8:30-9:15pm Footwork and
Ladies Styling
New choreography each week. Learn how
to develop your own dance style through technique
and control watch your confidence on the dance floor
grow! Learn head whips, body rolls, hand
placement and more.
Each class is $10. All ages and all levels
welcome, no partner necessary.
Ladies, please dress comfortably: gym attire
preferred, dance heels or jazz shoes suggested.
Need dance shoes? I will tell you where to
get them, along with a lot of other valuable
dance tips.
  
Known all over the world for her clean lines,
precise footwork, and always sexy styling,
Michelle was a pioneer in the Bay Area by bringing
classes specifically for the Ladies.
She is a master at breaking down body movements and
foot placement, teaching spins,
and adding arms styling, head styling and original
flare to each step.
You can see her style all over the Bay Area in her
Dance Troupes, PB&G Productions,
Rising Stars, and Student Stars. and by the Bay Area
Salseras. Her ladies Styling classes are always the
start to their intermediate class, and is always
packed.
She has taught all over the world and is constantly
invited back with Ricardo Sanchez for more of their
smoldering salsa style. Her Ladies Styling Workshops
are dependent on her schedule, but stay updated by
