7:00-7:50pm Body
Movement: Isolations & Body Rolls
Isolations from head to toe
with=2 0an all over body stretch. Learn
how to control your body to create and
develop fluidity in your dancing. Each
isolation is broken down for you.
8:00-8:50 pm Footwork and Ladies
Styling
New choreography each week.
Learn how to develop your own dance
style through technique and control
watch your confidence on the dance floor
grow! Learn head whips, body rolls,
hand placement and more.
Each class is $10, 2 for $15
All ages and all levels welcome, no
partner necessary.
Ladies, please dress comfortably:
gym attire preferred, dance heels or
jazz shoes suggested.
Need dance shoes? I will tell you
where to get them, along with a lot
of other valuable dance tips.
