Ladies Styling with Michelle Castro

Every Thursday at PB&G Dance Studio

Join me every, Thursday, January 28, and every Thursday for Sexy Ladies Styling with MICHELLE . Even if you haven't taken a ladies styling class before, or have already enjoyed my classes in the past, this is perfect for you. Technique on timing, footwork, balance in spins, and incorporating arm styling will be the main focus. We will also work on body rolls, isolations and musicality.

Learn how to incorporate sexy styling, technique and personality in your dancing from Michelle Castro, Co-Director of PB&G Productions and the SF/Int'l Salsa Congress.

FEE: $15.

ATTIRE: Please dress comfortably: gym attire preferred, dance heels or jazz shoes suggested.

CLASS CONTENT: Body Movement, Footwork, and Ladies Styling Choreography

I will start with isolations from head to toe with an all over body stretch. Learn how to control your body to create and develop fluidity in your dancing. Michelle will take you through a unique choreography week to week. Learn head whips, body rolls, hand placement and more and the timing to accentuate your moves using these fun moves.

* February classes will be a 4 week SERIES CLASS on Thursdays:

FEE: $75 (one time fee)

Ladies will learn technique and new choreography, as well as styling to a preselected song. The goal is to build skills each week on muscle memory and musicality.

I will train you on how to develop your own dance style through technique and control. Watch your confidence on the dance floor grow!
